Invonote ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Invonote does not transmit, upload, or store your personal or business data on any external servers. Your data remains entirely on your device under your control.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Display your profile details on invoices and quotations
• Generate PDF documents for invoices and quotations
• Manage your client list and billing records
• Provide the core functionality of the App

4. Third-Party Services

Invonote integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store & StoreKit: For processing subscription payments. Apple's privacy policy governs how payment information is handled.

We do not share your personal data with any other third-party services, advertisers, or analytics providers.

5. Data Sharing

Invonote does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. When you share an invoice or quotation PDF, you do so through your device's native sharing functionality, and the responsibility for that shared data transfers to you.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, including passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• View and edit all your stored information within the App
• Delete individual clients, invoices, or quotations at any time
• Delete all data by removing the App from your device
• Export invoices and quotations as PDF documents

8. Children's Privacy

Invonote is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
